I'd hoped the calculator would be helpful, but didn't find it provided enough information. I was looking for suggestions on how many carbs per day, and how many days before the marathon one should start loading. Anyway, I'll probably just use common sense and eat roughly the same way you stated.<br /><br />I'll be running at the Chickamauga Battlefield on November 13th.
